With an excellent location ideal for beautiful walks by the sea, and just a few minutes walk from Playa de Los Cristianos and Playa de las Vistas. The apartment is completely renovated. It is modern, beautiful and very comfortable. Ideal for rest and to enjoy a good holiday. It is fully equipped with everything you need.
It has a bedroom, a beautiful and spacious American kitchen. Rest area in the living room with sofa bed. It has flat TV, air conditioning and WIFI.
It also has a terrace that overlooks the avenue with beautiful views. It is ideal to enjoy the sun and to eat outdoors.
It is located just 3 minutes walk from the bus station of Los Cristianos and the commercial area. You can also reach the beach and the promenade in a few minutes.
